Bridge and Roof, a conglomerate that provides EPC services through various modes of contract has recently issued a tender inviting bids to develop a 100 MW (AC) solar project. This project belongs to SJVN Green Energy at Nawa, Didwana Kuchaman, in Rajasthan. The developer of this project is expected to undertake EPC activities, including three years of operation and management of the project. Bridge and Roof is accepting bids until April 9, 2025. Scope Of Work The tender mentioned, “The Bidders are responsible for all equipment, materials, and services that are necessary for the implementation of the reactive power compensations system as per the grid study with the satisfactory operation of the Solar PV system and its integration with the existing AC Systems. SJVN Other Tenders In pursuit of expanding solar projects in Rajasthan, the Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) earlier this year also issued a tender to engage an agency to undertake a topographical survey, soil investigation, preparation and submission of detailed progress reports, and initial layout submissions for the EPC package. This tender invites to development a 100 MW solar project at Nawa, Rajasthan, for SJVNL Green Energy Limited. To develop the Project, the tender expects the bidders for the project to have experience in executing similar work, including topographical surveys, soil investigation reports, preparation and submission of detailed progress reports, and submission of initial layouts for any solar power project where the contract was issued under a single agreement by the government, PSU, PSE, private limited organizations, the power sector, or the energy sector.
