The last date for submitting the bid for this 298 MW solar power project is August 24, 2022, till 3:00 pm and bids will be opened on the same day. This BPCL solar tender includes the scope of the work is project management, residual engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, transportation of all equipment and materials to the work site, storage, assembly, erection, installation, construction, and testing, including statutory approvals (as applicable) and to achieve mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance guarantee test run (PGTR), handing over of the Unit to Owner, training and providing O&M service for three years from commissioning. There is zero amount as the cost of the bidding document for all interested bidders. The awarded bidder will have to pay Rs. 5,00,000 as an earnest money deposit. Eligibility Criteria For The Bidder The bidder should have completed at least one “Similar Project” of minimum capacity 8 MW AC or 10 MW DC solar power generating system in the last five years. And the same project should be in successful & continuous operation during the preceding six months from the cut-off date. OR The bidder should have completed at least two “Similar Project” of minimum capacity 4 MW AC or 5 MW DC solar power generating system each in the last five years. And the same project should have been in successful and continuous operation during the preceding six months from the cut-off date. The minimum annual turnover requirement for prospective bidders to participate in the bidding process is at least 20 Crores in any one year of the preceding three completed financial years. The net worth of the bidder should be positive.
