The output wattage of each PV cell should be 5.38Wp & has five busbars. Each cell should be in 158.75 mm dimensions. The last date to submit the bid is July 15, 2022. Bids will be opened on the same day. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited bids for a 1.027 crore MONO PERC solar cells supply. Tender is also including packing & transportation to as per incoterms, satisfactory completion of Supply of these cells. According to the tender, the output wattage of each PV cell should be 5.38Wp & has five busbars. Each cell should be in 158.75 mm dimensions. The last date to submit the bid is July 15, 2022. Bids will be opened on the same day. As per the BHEL tender, the shipping of solar PV cells is the vendor’s responsibility & ensures that the material is dispatched through the shortest possible route by road/air/ship. Part shipment is allowed but transshipment is not allowed for this solar cells supply tender. Delivery of the first lot, which will contain 30 lakh cells, will occur 30 days following the production clearance date. Additionally, the size of the second lot will be equal to that of the first lot. The last batch of 1.027 crore cells will be supplied that contains the remaining number of solar cells. 30 days after each lot’s production clearance, the second and final lot must be delivered. For participating in the bidding process, bidders must have an average annual turnover of Rs. 22.5 crore for the last three financial years. The interested bidder’s net worth for the previous three financial years should also be positive. In the previous three years, the OEM should have given reputable module manufacturers at least 2 crore mono PERC solar cells.
