BHEL Issues EoI to Supply 90 MU (KWhr) of RTC Renewable Energy

Bharat Heavy Electronics Ltd (BHEL) has invited bids for 5 MW and 7.5 MW solar power plants. The services include annual O&M and upkeep of the plants for a period of 1 year. The plants are set up at BHEL, Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

The government-owned entity floated a large number of tenders for solar power plants in 2022. In December, it invited bids for Operations and Maintenance (O&M services) work of the 5 MW solar power plant at its heavy electrical equipment plant (HEEP) in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. In November 2022, it had floated another tender for Tamil Nadu for Operations and Maintenance (O&M services) work of the 40 MW solar power plant of NLC at Neyveli, Cuddalore District.
