Part ‘B’: Price Bid to be submitted in a sealed cover as per Tender conditions BHEL Issues EoI to Supply 90 MU (KWhr) of RTC Renewable Energy Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited bids for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) work of the 100 MW Grid-connected solar power plant at GSECL, Raghanesda Solar Park Phase-I, Gujrat. Tender is a two-part bid system. The tender documents consist of Part – A and Part – B as detailed below: Part ‘A’: Techno-commercial Bid duly sealed and signed to be submitted in sealed cover enabling us to open on the tender due date. Part ‘B’: Price Bid to be submitted in a sealed cover as per Tender conditions The last date to submit the bid is August 22, 2022, till 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM. This BHEL 100 MW solar tender includes the scope of work in technical Operation & Maintenance (O&M) works for 120 months. The estimated total cost of the tender is Rs. 11,13,33,550 (+ GST as applicable) & each interested bidder will have to pay a 5% contract value amount (excluding GST) as performance security of the tender. The awarded bidder will have to submit Rs. 10 lakhs as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of a Bank Guarantee. This Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is refundable and adjustable as well. The validity of EMD is 120 days from the date of opening of the Technical Bid of this Tender.
