Tender is also including packing & transportation as per incoterms, satisfactory completion of supply of these cells. The last date to submit the bid is September 15, 2022. The tender also includes packing & transportation as per incoterms, satisfactory completion of supply of these cells. According to the tender, the output wattage of each PV cell should be 5.38Wp & has five busbars. Each cell should be in 158.75 mm dimensions. The last date to submit the bid is September 15, 2022. Bids will be opened on the same day. As per the BHEL tender, the shipping of the solar cells is the vendor’s responsibility, who must ensure that the material is dispatched through the shortest possible route by road/air/ship. Part shipment is allowed but transshipment is not allowed for this solar cells supply tender. On either surface, there should be no printing flaws or busbar misalignment. For automatic soldering to be simple, the cells must have exact printing and outstanding silver contacts. No print shift, finger knots, or other printing flaws larger than 0.5 mm in width and 3.0 mm in length are acceptable. The cell shall not have bus bar or grid line interruptions, fingerprint interruptions, finger breaks, stains or paste smudges on either surface etc. Cells must be coated with a uniform layer of Silicon-Nitride (Si3N4). There must be uniform color throughout. No bus line silver may be corroded or tarnished. Microcracks, dark areas, dark spots, and dead cells are not permitted in cells. Packing Conditions Each cell must be vacuum- or airtight-packed in polythene or polypropylene sachets with no more than 125 cells per sachet or a heat-shrinkable sleeve. To attenuate shocks from transit handling, sachets must be put in polyethylene foam packaging or foam/ thermocol boxes with soft pads on both ends. Sachets must be packaged in carton boxes with soft spacers and bubble wrap. For automated handling, the final packaging must include a suitable pallet. Bidders must have a positive net worth in the last three financial years.
