He is an award-winning wind industry veteran and meteorological specialist with four decades of experience. Ron has more than 40 years of experience with meteorological consulting in wind energy. His expertise ranges from prospecting and project analysis in development, to due diligence and strategic and operational climatological studies. Ron was bestowed with a special award “For making critical contributions to the development of wind energy in the US and around the world” in April 1998, presented by the American Wind Energy Association. Besides, Ron has also designed and managed federally funded wind energy studies and has authored DOE/NREL (or SERI) reports.
