Solar tracking and racking systems provider Arctech Solar has provided 46MW racking system to a solar power plant in Gunma, Japan. The company is expected to start commercial operation of the project in early 2019, once it is connected to the local power grid, it will start power generation for local residents. Arctech has supplied its single pole solution to the project, which is being set up on a golf course in hilly terrain. Moreover, the single pole structure can adapt well to N-S and E-W slopes on the back of unique design of joints and adjustable connectors. Besides, it is having the advantage of efficient factory pre-assembly and welding-free installation method at project site, the single pole solution brings significant economic value to the investors by minimizing the field installation labor cost.
