100 MW of grid-connected floating solar PV projects
This APDCL 100 MW floating solar tender includes the scope of the work of setting up the solar plant of awarded capacity, including design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warranty obligation with comprehensive operation and maintenance.
The Power Producing companies/ solar developers shall be responsible for the development of grid-connected floating solar PV projects to be developed on different water bodies in the state of Assam on a “Build-OwnOperate” basis only for the procurement of solar power by APDCL for 25 years.
Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 29500 (including 18% GST) as a cost of the tender document, which is non-refundable. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. 11,63,000 per MW (excluding 18% GST) as a bid security fee. The selected bidder also must provide Rs. 29,08,000 /MW as a performance bank guarantee (PBG) after the issuance of the letter of intent and before signing the power purchase agreement (PPA).
A minimum annual turnover of Rs. 174.46 lakhs/MW during the previous financial year 2020-21. The “financial eligibility criteria” of the lead member of the consortium shall not be less than 51% of the financial eligibility criteria. The Net Worth of the bidder as of the last day of the preceding financial year FY 2020- 21 (ending 31 March 2021) or FY 2021-22 (ending 31 March 2022) should not be less than a minimum of Rs. 1,16,32,945.15 per MW.
50 MW of grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV projects
This APDCL 50 MW ground-mounted solar tender includes the scope of the work of setting up the solar plant of awarded capacity, including design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warranty obligation with comprehensive operation and maintenance.
The Power Producing Companies/ Solar Developers shall be responsible for the development of Grid-Connected Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Projects to be implemented in the state of Assam on a “Build-Own-Operate” basis only for the procurement of solar power by APDCL for 25 years.
Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 29500 (including 18% GST) as a cost of the tender document, which is non-refundable. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. 8,95,000 per MW as a bid security fee. The selected bidder also must provide Rs. 22,37,000 /MW as a performance bank guarantee (PBG) after the issuance of the letter of intent and before signing the power purchase agreement (PPA).
A minimum annual turnover of Rs. 134.20 lakhs/MW during the previous financial year 2020-21. The “financial eligibility criteria” of the lead member of the Consortium shall not be less than 51% of the financial eligibility criteria. The net worth of the bidder as of the last day of the preceding financial year FY 2020- 21 (ending 31 March 2021) or FY 2021-22 (ending 31 March 2022) should not be less than a minimum of Rs. 89.47 Lakh per MW.
