The last date for submitting the bid for this Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT) 15 MW tender is November 29, 2022, at 05:00 pm, and bids will be opened on November 30, 2022, at 05:05 pm. The scope of work of this ANERT 15 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, testing & commissioning in the range of 30 kWp to 100 kWp in Public Buildings within Thiruvananthapuram under Solar City Project (funded by Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Ltd). The scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M). After obtaining the work order, vendors have 45 days to commission the solar systems. They must also offer thorough operations and maintenance for these systems for five years. The qualified vendors for the tender must be registered with ANERT and also have the required skills, knowledge, and training to deliver the proposed services. The eligible bidders will be listed when the government evaluates the technical proposals to see if they meet the necessary eligibility requirements. According to the lowest bid, capacity will be distributed among bidders. A penalty of 0.5% of the order value per week (or a portion thereof) for installation and commissioning delays will be assessed by ANERT, with a cap of 10% of the total cost. A five-year warranty is also included in the contract. According to the tender document, the bidder’s rate should cover all costs, including the price of the materials and the cost of delivery to the locations, labor for the civil works, installation, and commissioning, warranties, net metering, remote monitoring capability, insurance, GST, and other costs. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s (MNRE) Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) must be used to source the solar modules for the project (MNRE). The approved component list supplied by ANERT should be utilised to source solar inverters for the projects.
