The last date to submit the bids is October 29, 2022, and bids will be opened on October 31, 2022. The scope of work of this ANERT 2 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, testing & commissioning. The scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M) for 5 years after the warranty period under the CAPEX model. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 17,850 (including 18% GST) as a tender document fee, which is non-refundable. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. 5,00,000 as an earnest money deposit (EMD). Bidders will have to submit Rs. 3% of the total contract value as performance security within 30 days of receiving a letter of award. The selected bidder will also have to submit Rs. 1 crore per MW as a bank guarantee of the quoted capacity. The bidders must have experience in the same kind of work with ground-mounted solar power projects connected to the grid within the previous five years. The projects must comprise transmission line construction, switchyard/substation bay, design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, operation, and maintenance of grid-connected solar power plants. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be not less than 5 crores in any two years during the last five financial years from consulting. The net worth of the bidder during the last financial year should be positive.
