Anant Badjatya-New CEO Of SUN Mobility-IOCL JV, Indofast Swap

SUN Mobility-IOCL recently appointed Anant Badjatya as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its newly formed joint venture, Indofast Swap Energy Pvt. Ltd.  Anant Badjatya, former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – SUN Mobility, has taken the reins of Indofast with immediate effect. This step follows the deal signed by IOCL and SUN Mobility in June 2024 to establish battery-swapping networks by 2030.

Anant Badjatya, with over 20 years of experience in the energy and automotive sectors, will now lead Indofast Energy’s efforts to establish battery-swapping network by bringing together the might of IndianOil’s network of over 37,000 fuel stations across India, with SUN Mobility battery swapping technology.   Indofast Swap Energy, with its Battery-as-a-Service model will offer two and three-wheeler owners affordable mobility options, eliminating range anxiety and long charging times.

Speaking on his new role, Anant Badjatya, CEO, Indofast Swap Energy Pvt.
