AmpIn Energy Joins Hands with JCAPCPL for 2.8 MWp Solar Project

AmpIn Energy Transition, a renewable energy IPP and energy transition platform has entered into a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with JCAPCPL (a JV between Tata Steel & Nippon Steel) to supply 2.8 MWp of solar energy for its plant in Jamshedpur.

Ujjal Chakraborti, Managing Director of JCAPCPL, and Pinaki Bhattacharyya, Managing Director and CEO AmpIn Energy Transition signed the agreement to initiate the implementation process.

Under the terms of this agreement, AmpIn Energy Transition will install solar panels for JCAPCPL with a capacity of 2.8 MWp.

It may be recalled that Amp Energy India had announced its rebranding as Ampin Energy Transition Private Limited last month.
