Alpex Solar Appoints Aditya Sehgal As Its New CEO

Alpex Solar Limited, an Indian solar systems manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Aditya Sehgal as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect. This change is part of the company’s broader strategy to advance growth, innovation, and sustainability within the solar PV panel manufacturing sector.

In conjunction with this appointment, Satish Kumar Gupta has been named as an Additional Non-Executive Director. Gupta, who previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), brings over 37 years of experience, including 17 years in the renewable energy sector. Amit Ghai will step into the role of CFO with immediate effect. Ghai has over 20 years of diverse industry experience spanning manufacturing, consumer durables, heavy industries, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.

Aditya Sehgal, an Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of California, has a notable background in developing complex robotic technologies, automated checkout solutions, and advanced battery systems. His expertise also includes vendor and contract manufacturer management for high-volume electronics production.
