This is the first agreement between the firms, which carries the potential to expand the collaboration. The said order is within the framework of a Master Supply Agreement signed by Airtouch and AGEL. This agreement regulates the relationship between the parties in general and under which the Adani Group will be able to place additional orders for Airtouch systems from time to time, with the specific terms of each order, including the quantity of systems ordered, the delivery schedules, and their price, to be determined individually within each order. The Adani Group holds a portfolio of green energy assets totaling approximately 8 GW, most of which is solar. To date, Airtouch has entered into agreements with customers to install its products on facilities with a total capacity of over 4.4 GW, of which over 2.8 GW have already been installed. The firm’s headquarters are in Israel, and it operates two production centers, in Israel and India. As of this date, the firm operates, manufactures and sells its products and services in Israel and India, and it is currently examining and promoting processes of entering new target markets, mainly the US. In March, the firm deepened its operations in India by signing a multi-year transaction of close to 4 million USD with India-based ACME Group. The agreement will pave the path for the supply and maintenance of Airtouch’s solar panel cleaning robots. Last year, it signed orders worth approximately USD 3.3 million with the Indian mega-corporation ReNew Power for the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of solar panels cleaning robots in several projects. Earlier, it reported signing agreements with clients in India, which include an existing client from the HERO Indian conglomerate, for the sale and operation of solar panels cleaning robots, in an overall amount of more than USD 1.3 million (for the sale of the robots and the provision of maintenance services).
