The ACME Group has won its first 50 MW grid-connected wind power project to mark its debut in the sector. This is a big step for the company as it prepares to offer solar-wind hybrid and RE RTC power. This is consistent with ACME Group’s goal of being a significant RE RTC player, according to Chief Operating Officer Sandeep Kashyap. The firm was awarded the project through a tariff-based competitive bidding process for the purchase of power from grid-connected wind power projects. Within 24 months following the PPA’s signature, the project must be put into motion. Nearly 6 million houses will be lit with the aid of the electricity generated by this project. In addition to the new wind power projects, ACME is now working on solar power projects totaling 2,600 MW that are in various phases of development and commissioning in Rajasthan. By constructing the first integrated pilot project for green hydrogen and green ammonia in the world at Bikaner in Rajasthan, the company has expanded into the production of green hydrogen. At the SEZ in Duqm, Oman, ACME is establishing a sizable green hydrogen and a green ammonia plant. With an expenditure of roughly $5–6 billion, the facility plans to export Green Ammonia to demand areas in Europe and Asia.
