AAI Seeks Engineering Consultancy for 5 MW Solar Project at Calicut Airport By Ayush Verma/ Updated On Wed, Feb 6th, 2019 The last date of bid submission is February 15, 2019. The Airport Authority of India (AAI) has invited bids from eligible consultancy/EPC Firms having experience in solar power projects for providing consultancy on the provision of 5 MW solar plant at the Calicut Airport. The brief scope of work for winning bidders will include the engineering consultancy for the work of provision of 5 MW solar plant at the Calicut Airport. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 12,40,000 and a period of 3 months has been allotted for completion. The last date of bid submission is February 15, 2019, and the bid opening date has been scheduled for February 19, 2019. All bidders will be required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 24,800 i.e. 2 percent of the project cost. To be eligible, the Agency should have satisfactorily completed three consultancy/ SITC Works, each of capacity 2 MW or two consultancy/ SITC Works, each of capacity 2.5 MW or one consultancy/ SITC Work of capacity 4 MW in a single contract during the last seven years ending on date of E-Bid submission/Extended date. Additionally, the Agency should also have an average annual financial turnover of Rs 4,38,960 against works executed during the last three fiscal years ending March 31 of the previous financial year.
