1. What are the major products Wave Solar offers for the Indian market?

Wave Solar aims to be a key partner in India’s solar growth journey. As the solar market expands, we are contributing by offering advanced solar inverters that support the country’s growing solar projects. Currently, we provide solar string inverters ranging from 1kW to 25kW for the residential market, complemented by smart monitoring solutions to maximize energy efficiency.

2. Are you planning to enter the hybrid inverter market?

Yes, Wave Solar is preparing to launch hybrid inverters soon, as we see significant opportunities in this sector. The demand for energy storage is rising, and government initiatives like PM Surya Ghar are encouraging adoption by promoting grid independence and better energy access in weak-grid areas. However, challenges such as high battery costs, lack of awareness, and regulatory hurdles still exist in the market.

The scheme has accelerated residential solar adoption, leading to higher demand for small inverters and expanded business opportunities with EPC companies.

6. How do you view the future of India’s solar sector and the role of Indian inverter manufacturers?

India’s solar sector is poised for rapid growth, driven by strong government policies, increasing demand, and technological advancements. For Indian inverter manufacturers to stay competitive globally, they must prioritize innovation, cost efficiency, and superior service quality.
