Founded in 1996, the company is headquartered in Norway (operational headquarters in Singapore) employing 2,000 people worldwide with offices, representatives and partnerships in place to help meet the world’s growing energy needs.

REC concluded 2015 with 1.3 GW solar panel production capacity, and annual revenues of USD 755 million.
