Part of these ongoing initiatives is to make sure that its technology, which is driven by Smart Battery Swapping, enables the mass market transition to EVs. According to both companies, rider partners can now easily subscribe to EVs seamlessly which is offered by the Shadowfax Super App. The Battery Swapping model gives EV users the choice to swap out their worn-out batteries with recently charged ones at Mooving Battery Swap Stations. Since last year, Mooving and Shadowfax have worked together in Bangalore and Delhi NCR to provide vehicles for their Last Mile Delivery riders using the Vehicle As A Service (VAAS) Model, which uses Swapping as its primary fuel source. Shadowfax Technologies wants to switch to electric vehicles for 75% of its fleet by 2024. Additionally, they aim to switch to all-electric transportation by 2026. As part of their joint objective, Mooving and Shadowfax have teamed together to encourage the purchase of electric vehicles by 10,000 of their rider partners using the VAAS Model, powered by battery swapping, in 8 metro areas. The next 12 to 15 months will see the deployment of this. In addition, Shadowfax and Mooving will use Heat Maps data to design EV deployment and swap station deployment for maximum uptime and a stress-free Rider Partner Experience. A smart battery-swapping network-powered 50,000 E2W will also be deployed on the Mooving platform by the end of FY24, giving customers the option to go as far as they choose without having to stop for recharging. With additional investments in R&D for the next generation of smart batteries and its full EV Product Stack, Mooving aims to be in a position to dominate battery switching. To ensure prompt deliveries, Shadowfax helps clients in more than 900 locations and 8000 pin codes, including several start-ups and e-commerce giants. The EV sector is about to undergo a revolution thanks to Shadowfax and the shared experience of its partners.
