The Rage+ RapidEV Pro is available in two variants with different cargo body volumes. The battery gets fully charged from 0 to 100 per cent in just 45 minutes and can run up to 95 km in a single charge. Electric Vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility and Bengaluru based battery maker Log9 Materials have unveiled the longer-range version of Rage+ electric 3-wheeler called ‘Rage+ RapidEV Pro’. The e-vehicle has been developed by the two players jointly. The Rage+ RapidEV Pro, available in two variants with different cargo body volumes, comes with the RapidX 8000 battery of Log9. The official statement by the players says that the three-wheeler is integrated with InstaCharge battery technology of Log9 and is particularly designed for the e-commerce logistics segment which is on a growing spree in India. The battery gets fully charged from 0 to 100 per cent in just 45 minutes and can run up to 95 km in a single charge. It can also go longer distances and operate across very wide temperatures, the company said. Rage+ RapidEV Pro carries a warranty of 6 years and offers a battery life of more than 10,000 cycles which is best suitable for the Indian circumstances. The new e-three wheeler is also claimed as being more robust due to multiple upgrades made that requires lesser maintenance costs in long term.
