The selected bidder will be responsible for the Operation and maintenance of e-buses, including engaging all manpower, personnel, drivers, labor, etc., as may be required to be deployed by it for implementation of the Project, under GCC basis, by the provisions of this RFP. The bidder shall procure finance for, and at its sole cost and expense, the leasing, procurement, supply, operations, and maintenance of the e-buses as per the procurement/deployment schedule provided hereto for providing the services by the deployment plan, applicable laws, applicable permits, good industry practice and the terms and conditions of this agreement.
