This brand-new EQS-580 4Matic luxury sedan will be locally put together at Mercedes-Benz India’s top-notch production site in Chakan, Maharashtra, which is close to Pune. On September 30, Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Road Transport and Highways, will wheel it off the assembly line. Mercedes-Benz EQS-580 will be India’s longest-range EV. A dual-motor configuration, one on each axle, will be available for the Mercedes-Benz EQS-580. With the aid of an all-wheel-drive system called 4Matic, this engine produces a maximum torque of 516 Nm and 516 horsepower. Additionally, the 107.8 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that will be included with this electric saloon is expected to enable it to go up to 770 km on a single charge according to the WLTP test cycle.
