The last date for submitting the online bid is October 20, 2022. Bids will be opened on October 21, 2022. According to the tender, EV charging stations must be installed within six months of signing the contract. This 47 solar integrated electric vehicles (EV) charging stations tender includes the scope of work in design, build, finance, operation, and transfer model for the 12 years. All charging stations will be developed under two categories. Ten electric four-wheeler charging stations are included in category A, while 37 electric two- and three-wheeler charging stations are included in category B. The awarded bidder will have to pay Rs. 20,000 per charging station which is lying under category B and Rs. 40,000 per charging station which is lying under category A. According to the tender document, sites for the installation of the charging stations have been recommended by AICTSL. As part of a public-private partnership, bidders must have planned, acquired, and built at least 30 EV charging stations for the state, local, federal, and other government entities. At the time the tender is issued, these stations must be active. Additionally, all installed chargers must have ARAI certification. The average annual turnover of the bidder should be 15 crores for the last three (3) financial years ending in 2020-21. The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be positive. As of March 31, 2022, the bidder must be worth at least Rs. 1.5 crore.
