Validation Engineer Bajaj Electricals Thane, Maharastra Job Posted : Apr 19th, 2021 Job Description Maintenance and upgradation of lab or develop new test facilities. Testing and Validation of appliances, preferably Evaporative Air-Cooler and Mixer Grinder. Approval of parts after inspection, testing, and fitment. Inspect, review and calibrate test instruments Validate products against domestic and international compliances (BIS, IEC, UL, GSO standard) Prepare documents for Product standard, Part test standard, Test procedures, etc. Responsible for DVPNR Generate test report and keep records of reports. Analysis of failed parts and suggest the improvement areas. Experience in NABL accreditation has added advantage. Collaborate with outside testing agencies and work with them for different certifications required for domestic & export requirements. Ensuring timely approval of product / part approval from 3rd party testing agencies (BIS, UL, TUV, etc) Responsible for timely and first time right reporting of the observations of validation Participate in benchmark validation of the competition products Ensure AMCs of various equipment under consideration.
