Atlas Copco Speciality Rental is hiring Territory Manager/Area Sales Manager to achieve better market coverage and to grow our market share faster than ever to Explore, Expand and Excite. The territory of responsibility will be Maharashtra, Goa and Madhya Pradesh. This position directly reports to the National Sales Manager. As a Territory Manager/Area Sales Manager, your mission will be Mission:- Business Strategy:- To improve business revenue and market coverage in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Goa region of India and grow the rental and promote specialized applications business and develop air, nitrogen, steam and power business. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your mission will be ensuring that the company goals are met in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, market development and territory coverage. Responsibilities:- To increase and establish our presence and market share in Manufacturing Industry and Under-construction projects, focus on energy sector – downstream and grow business in Midstream, Upstream, Power sector, Chemical & other market Map segments. Implement and execute 3-year business plan for rapid growth of rental business in assigned territory. Explore, identify & develop new and niche applications across industry segments in line with rental product portfolio for new and existing customers. Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual in all operation areas. Drive and develop quality sales process improvements that focuses sales excellence and customer success. Adhere to health & safety policy and other requirements relating to sales operations. Focus on a continuously developing a customer care-driven culture and support the improvement of our rental sales and service response to our customers for our operational excellence. Strong focus on continuous improvement in the use of digital solutions in our customer communications and relations. Establishing strong customer relationships & maintaining regular contact with all customers especially key accounts across industry segments & ensure an excellent standard of service is provided. Initiate, develop and execute marketing and action plans for the targeted market. Monitoring and reporting on market trends and activities. Interact with other departments and sales team members and adjust efforts to accomplish or improve budgeted results. Keep track of competition activities and be updated with action plan and strategy against each competition. Plan and prioritize sales activities in-line with the marketing plan, forecast and projections towards achieving agreed sales targets through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods. Identify customer requirements and propose Total Rental Solutions to meet the customer requirements. Prepare quotations and regular follow up with customers to obtain orders. Organize, plan and record all daily activities on Sales Force (CRM platform) and continuously update customers list, contacts, activities, quotations, letters, contracts and all other corresponding visit and action reports including lost order reports. Managing collections and receivables and maintain cashflow by ensuring seamless contract management. Take up additional responsibilities on assignment as and when the business warrants. Experience and Skills:- Sales experience of 6+ years, rental sales experience will be treated as an advantage. Graduate engineer, with a management degree or similar through experience will be preferred. Knowledge of various products portfolios for example of OFA compressors, Portable/Stationary Air Compressors, Nitrogen Generators, Boosters, Power Generators, and Steam Generators. Proven track record of consistently achieving targets. Fluent in English, good in communication with customers with excellent presentation skills.
