Technology Analyst

• Work closely with design, product management, and construction & other support functions to define incremental product requirements.
• Market study and analysis with competition data analysis, market pricing analysis and future and breakthrough technology study. New market and segment analysis on granular level
• Perform competitive product/solution bench marking & solution framing
• Perform Gap analysis, feasibility & fitment studies
• Preparing business case for new products, features and tools & prepare product presentation
• Undertake initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
• Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed design/solution with the product owners, and designers
• Strong communications skills in English and ability to work with global stakeholders effectively
• Performing PV Syst modelling for system production estimates
• An aptitude to learn digital tools and technologies
• Define, Document, and Evolve best practices, product plan & features
• Set and strive toward reaching professional development goals

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent discipline with 3+ years of relevant work experience in product development or system design of renewable energy products/ power plants
• Working understanding of Solar Power plant Lifecycle, Energy storage systems & Battery technologies
• Excellent analytical skills and making recommendations based on data using tools like PowerBi, Tableau etc.
• Hands-on work experience with open-source data analytics toolsets such as R, Python, MATLAB, etc
• Develop and utilize tools (PV Syst, NREL SAM etc) and applications to support
• Experience in gathering and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data from users
• Comfortable in interacting with multiple stakeholders including engineers, solutions experts, designers, and customers
• The attitude of getting things done
