Technical Executive (M&E)

Responsibilities:-

• Handling of OEM AMC service providers, operational maintenance service providers for M&E and allied hard services for the smooth and trouble free operation of services like electrical power supply, UPS, HVAC, PAC, fire detection and firefighting systems, critical room maintenance, emergency power supply, water supply etc.
• Assisting in managing the M&E scope of projects like repairs, modifications of infrastructure to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• Managing facility infrastructure and risk and asset management.
• Ensuring the maintenance of critical spares and inventory management.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance as per the schedule to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
• Assisting assistant manager to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintaining the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations, manage downtime/ breakdowns.
• Arranging ad-hoc M&E setups as per the client requirement from time to time.
• Ensuring that contractors always follow the organization rules and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the client.
• Generating service maintenance, break downtime incident reports and real time incident reporting.
• Ensuring all feedback and complaint are attended and resolved on a timely basis.
• Reviewing service contract specifications and making recommendations.

Qualification And Experience:-

• You will have a degree qualification in B.Tech – Electrical. An electrical license of 11KVA / 33KVA would be an advantage.
• You have knowledge in ISO 14001 and energy savings techniques.
• You will have skills in operating and maintaining critical equipment, such as HVAC and UPS.
