Team Lead- Global Inspire (India, ME,APAC) Ramboll Gurgaon, Haryana Job Posted : Sep 5th, 2024 Job Description Responsibilities:- Create a continuous improvement culture, proactively identifying processes for improvement and driving change responding to business requirements. As a manager you are responsible for the performance of your staff and ensuring the quality delivery of tasks as per country policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Ensure timely inclusion of employees in insurance policies- medical, group accident and travel. Monitor internal HR systems and databases. Prepare and maintain MIS Report monthly. Handle escalation queries from employees & HR Colleagues and respond within timelines. General HR Operation support (Workday transactions, ServiceNow, Mailbox & HR Data Management) for the countries transitioned to Ramboll HR Service centre. Knowledge of the Global HR Operations (Multi country Experience) and providing services to various countries in a shared Service environment. Well versed with general HR processes in Workday – Hire, Employment Contracts, Onboarding, employee changes, Transfer, promotions, and Separations etc. Manage the team of Global HR Coordinators and delivery of onboarding process (Induction orientation, collecting support documents) for various Ramboll Locations. Collaborating with other support teams managers (Recruitment, IT, Admin, Finance) to set up relevant processes. Identify improvements on the workflow/processes and collaborate with team to implement necessary changes. Acting as single point of contact for Country / Regional HR Operations team and HR tech teams in HRSD. Lead or participate in relevant HR Operations projects across Ramboll globally where HR Operations is supported through Workday. Coordinating deployment activities with HR Operations area. Ensuring that all parts of scope are covered while transitioning the activities to HR Service Center. Ensure full documentation, Procedure and process flows according to the scope & plan for all the HR operation Processes. Validating & Taking Sign off on SOP documentation with HR Ops leadership team and respective HRD’s. Create and maintain quick guides, step by step guides and other training material for RSC HR team. Leading weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries, Stake holders and HR Service Center Team. People/ Team management – Should have experience in managing team or direct reports who administer the day-to-day HR Operation support and Transition of new HR Initiatives to RSC HR. Smart Goal setting, performance reviews, effective feedback and support employees with IDP. Ensure proper Task allocation, resource utilization and driving the performance measures. Ensures there is a positive internal and external working relationship within team and with external customers by frequently communicating and soliciting feedback with both parties and by measuring customer satisfaction. Provide Operational dashboard to ensure effective management of HR Operations across all locations and countries. We are looking for self-motivated team members who meet the following requirements: You hold a master’s degree in HR or similar from a recognized university. You should have 10+ years of experience in HR preferably in Global HR Operations. You possess good skills in regional Stakeholder Management. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records. You should be confident in designing dashboards, scorecards & KPI Reports As a person you are trustworthy, and approachable with a high level of integrity and the ability to act at all levels in the organization. Your working style can be described as proactive, professional, and enthusiastic with a clear focus on what is achievable and how to create value and success from a client perspective. You demonstrate overview and a global mindset and perform collaboration effectively and efficiently taking a problem-solving approach. Your communication skills are at a high proficiency level as well as your language skills Fluency in English (written and oral) is a requirement. You are a skilled user of MS Office, particularly Excel, and preferably you are used to driving processes in the HR system (Workday) Should be confident enough of into interact with senior people in the organization and put across the point of view.
