Sustainability and New Energy Landscape leader

Responsibilities:-                                                                                                                                                            Sustainability Roadmap for Power Products

• Workout the baseline of sustainability parameters and build roadmap to achieve the Div and SE target
• Work with league leaders to establish short, medium, and long-term targets related to Schneider’s net zero commitment and other sustainability goals.
• Integrate sustainability initiatives as part of offer roadmap
• Set up governance model for offer team to ensure implementation of sustainability actions
• Build documentation on PEP, ROHS, REACH for all offers

Drive Sustainability in International Operation perimeter covering multi geography

• Work closely with country team to understand the trends on sustainability and new energy landscape
• Build pitch for sustainability in PP to be deployed in International operations geography
• Develop necessary tool and software
• Build business case along with offer, channel and GSC on implementation of Sustainability action
• Participate in external forums to set though leadership of SE Sustainability actions

Lead the New Energy Landscape & Circularity

• Engage in study of new energy landscape needs like solar, wind, green hydrogen, EV etc understanding growth and needs
• Work in building architectures and joint development for customers of new energy landscape
• Feed to Offer team on future offer needs to meet new energy landscape growth”

Qualification And Experience:-

• Masters degree or equivalent by experience
• Passionate about climate change and circular economy; strong subject-matter expertise on issues related to climate change, GHG emissions, circular economy, sustainability
• Understanding of energy management, distribution technologies and solutions
• Strong analytical skills: ability to screen and quickly absorb information on various topics from multiple sources and synthesize it to make meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to set clear guidance and project plans, and effectively hold teams accountable to project deliverables, partnering to find solutions where needed
• Strong interpersonal skills:
• Collaborative and a team player
• Able to liaise effectively with counterparts from different parts of the organization, including senior executives
• International, multicultural mind-set and approach
• Other: excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience in project management tools a plus”
