Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities:-

• Act as the primary point of contact to all customers in the Regions for Spares & Tools
• Responsible for “Down Turbine” order management, communication, and results – High Urgency
• Participate in daily turbine down call, interface with Site managers and Service management
• Monitor delivery note creation and to the warehouse to ensure same day shipment to meet agreed delivery expectations
• Evaluate return requests including stocking levels calculations and financial impact with limited supervision
• Receive, Process and Close NCR’s
• Process or redirect construction PR’s .

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2-5 years of experience from a global international supply chain function within Customer service, Order management/Fulfillment or Spare parts /Service environment
• Hands on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting
• 3 or more years of ERP/MRP Experience, SAP experience preferred

• Cross cultural understanding with solid stakeholder management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working style is well structured, focused, flexible and committed
• Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner
• Good system and business understanding
• Willing to work in Shifts
