Supervisor – O&M

Operate and maintain the plant during the shift according to company policies, procedures and operation profile/plan.

As a Supervisor O&M your responsibilities will be:-

• Follow all procedures and instructions related to start-up, shut-down and normal operations of the power plant systems.
• Maintain all operation records (including logs, check lists and running records) according to guidelines.
• Assist in taking corrective action during system operational disturbance.
• Watch over of all alarms / parameters of engines and auxiliaries, monitor and analyse the trend data related to the equipment at all times and perform proper follow up.
• Comply with all safety regulations (including isolation, lock out and tag out) and perform emergency procedures to protect personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices.

You will shine in this role, when you have:-

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with atleast 5 years of experience and a valid C licence
• Experience in HFO based power plants
• Experience of operating engine auxiliary
• Candidates with proven job experience in power plants/marine/industrial environment at supervisory level.
• In-depth understanding of operations/maintenance management procedures.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to perform operation and maintenance services including overhauling/repair/fitting of activities of standard equipment’s, associated auxiliaries and related systems of equipment families
