Sr. Process Associate – Operational Quality Control

• To ensure processing activities are consistent and in line with the documented procedures and policies.
• Monitoring Calls and emails/tickets as per predefined parameters.
• Exceptional coaching skills to share feedback and conduct calibration on the observations which will help team to improve the efficiency.
• Advanced customer focus and customer service skills.
• Demonstrates strong service delivery focus.
• Prepares Quality Check performance reports by collecting and analyzing data.

Qualification And Experience:-

• BACHELOR’S DEGREE with 2 years of experience in handling customer queries by following the predefined processes through emails/tickets and Hotline services (technical Support – experience with providing Hardware, configuring support.
• Excellent understanding of technology, software applications, and phone and computer systems.
• With 1 year of experience in monitoring Calls and emails/tickets as per predefined parameters.
• Added Advantage: Knowledge on Electric Vehicle and AC/DC chargers. (Knowledge in Power Electronics equipment like Chargers/Inverters/AC drives, Devices…etc. and Commissioning of EV Chargers).
• Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
• Proficiency in presentation skills and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages like WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
