Sr. Mfg. Planning Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Developing and maintaining projects master schedules and projects status for Client / Management review.
• Ensure planning and progress measurement set-up reflects contract scope of work, key milestones, client obligations and project requirements, with activity coding that facilitates the schedule use and break out plans.
• Establishing Work Breakdown structure (WBS) & detailed schedules using CPM/PERT as applicable.
• Analyzing, evaluating and forecasting project progress against an established baseline schedule.
• Develop the detailed schedule taking into consideration project constraints such as resource availability and project execution plan.
• Establishing and monitoring project progress based on key milestones and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensuring projects are executed within the contractual duration and allowed budgets and identify/issue potential variations to project.
• Communicate the plan to all stakeholders and ensure full commitment.
• Coordinating with stack holders to ensure all project activities are completed in a timely manner, identify and report any potential delays.
• Analyze and comment with respect to, progress measurement, forecast completion dates, float analysis, KPIs, identify critical and near critical activities.
• Preparing /Updating project control procedures and project planning packages for assigned projects.
• Preparing graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate project progress / cost status and forecast requirements for Client / Project team.
• Leading to the anticipation of delay and alert the management and propose corrective actions.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed University.
• 15 year’s relevant experience, at least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Solid commercial and financial understanding.
• Understanding of technical specification & drawings.
• Planning and Organizing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Expert in Primavera/MS Project, MSOffice including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
