Sr. Engineer (EHS)

• Timely preparation of EHS monthly, fort-nightly reports of Head office & client.
• Near-miss reporting health & safety- 5 per million man-hours.
• To ensure regular inspections & audits are conducted at site.
• To ensure site operations are conducted with nil fatalities at work location.
• To ensure all marine safety measures are followed during marine works.
• To ensure that timely safety induction is conducted for machine operators, staff in-charges, labours. Educating each & every person working in marine fronts at site.
• Take observations of activities happening at site & ensure its
• Suggest several preventive methods and practices like recycling, waste disposal, pollution control, etc.
• Collaborate with other levels of engineering staff, quality assurance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance specialists, etc.
• Prepare future safety plans based on past experiences and facts
• Identify and evaluate the unsafe environment and practices.
•  Support staff with the identification of environmental aspects and determining the project objectives and target.
•  Monitor implementation of safety plans according to plans and objectives
•  Create, maintain, and improve policies and systems related to safety—all designed to create a culture of continuous improvement.
•  Record, investigate, and follow-up/track incidents to determine cause and to handle workers’ comp claims.
•  Identify and monitor hazardous situations, often including risk categorization.

Minimum Qualification:-

• BSC
• BCA
• B.TECH/B.E
