Sr. Consultant Power

Responsibilities will be working on various projects as senior team member / project manager and delivering to clients to their satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include working on proposals to win work.

• Basic design and engineering, Techno-economic Feasibility study, preparation of bankable Detailed Project Report
• Technical Advisory services namely preparation of Technical Specification, Bidding document, Bid evaluation and negotiation with bidders and assistance in contract finalization
• Owner’s Engineer services namely design review and resolution of engineering issues
• Lenders Technical advisory services namely Technical due diligence, Techno-economic viability, Construction monitoring covering drawdown plan review, project scheduling, tracking on physical progress, tracking on financial progress, quality checks and site safety review. Preparation of technical due diligence reports, construction monitoring reports and disbursement certification
• Review of performance test procedures, witnessing performance tests and preparing performance test reports
• Operation monitoring review of operation and maintenance performance and evaluation with respect to baseline performance at design stage and preparation of operation monitoring reports
• Coordination with different teams/disciplines internally and externally with clients, attending internal and external meetings, communication with clients on technical and commercial issues

Qualification And Experience:-

• BE (Mechanical), Masters’ in Engineering or Management (preferred)
• 5-10 years’ experience in thermal (coal fired power plants, gas turbine based combined cycle power plants)
• Additional experience in renewable energy projects (solar / wind / battery storage) preferred
• Experience in energy efficiency / energy audit projects will be added advantage.
• Experience in study work on decarbonization, net zero, green hydrogen, climate change etc, will be added advantage.
