Specialist- EM Design

• Perform Electromagnetic Design and Analysis of Traction Motors for specific Vehicle performance Targets.
• Perform e-Motor Electromagnetic simulations to validate the design.
• Documentation of simulation results (reports) incl. assessment and suggestions for optimizations.

Qualification And Experience:-

• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Electromagnetic Design and Analysis of Electric Motors such as IM, IPM, separately excited Synchronous Motors, SynRM, Switched Reluctance Motors.
• Hands on Experience on Motor Sizing, Permanent Magnet selection and Electromagnetic design using state of art of Emag tools like Maxwell 2D/3D, Motor-CAD & Altair Flux.
• Strong Understanding on e-NVH concepts & Motor control Algorithms.
• Expertise in working with Electromagnetic tools such as Maxwell 2D/3D, MotorCAD, Flux 2D/3D.
• Expert Knowledge of MATLAB incl Simulink.
• Skill like Automation(scripting)/Fatigue/Optimization will be an added advantage.
• Should have good analytical skill and result interpretation skill
• Good coordination skills to work with Cross functional teams
• Business English and good communication Skills
