Specialist Buildings Structure

We are looking for a Structural specialist to join our global team of experts and work within a functional team that is responsible for co-creating on some of the most prestigious building and infra/industrial projects in the world. In this role, you will support along with our highly professional team that provides technical expertise, design leadership, project management, and specialized engineering expertise. As a Specialist, you will report to the Head of Building Structures, India.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Develop feasibility / concept studies, and detailed design of Structural Engineering services in buildings and industrial projects.
• Be involved in Analysis, design and detailing of concrete and  steel structures using international codes and standards.
• Produce engineering calculations, designs, and details per project requirements.
• Act as specialist, sparring and/or QA reviewer on projects, also ensuring the delivery of the project to time and budget.
• Working with, and managing, small / medium sized focused technical teams.
• Assist junior staff with technical accuracy and quality assurance for projects.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all the disciplines.
• Liaising with international based customers in a responsive and client focused manner.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Masters in Structural Engineering from a recognized Institute with 8-15 years of experience in design of RCC, steel and pre-fabricated structures in consultancy design office.
• Proficiency in design calculations using software ROBOT/FEM design, ETABS, SAFE and Microsoft products.
• Proven track record of technical delivery of large civil and structural engineering design projects. This should include analysis of structures and detail design of elements utilizing various internationally recognized codes and standards.
• Ability to manage and work to budget and programme, to control costs and manage change control processes.
• Knowledge of REVIT Structure and Navisworks, will be preferred, but not essential.
• Knowledge of International Codes related to Structural engineering – EURO, BS, ACI, ASCE Standards.
