Solutions Manager EcoStruxure Power for End User

EcoStruxure Mission Critical creates and manages a portfolio of digital Innovation across all three levels of EcoStruxure as a system.  Our Digital innovations help customer achieve Higher “Safety/ Efficiency/ Sustainability/ Power availability” of their Facilities/Factories, as well as Higher Safety for the personal.

EcoStruxure Power for End User is organized across three value streams:

• Mission Critical
• Electro-Intensive
• Power & Grid

Main Responsibilities:-

• In collaboration with the strategic marketing leaders, value stream leaders, monetization leaders and product owners and in collaboration with customers, deeply understand customer needs and system requirements as it relates to connectivity, sensors, gateways and instrumentation that makes the system work together;
• These key functional requirements would include needed data transmission, interoperability, communications protocols, technical needs (bandwidth, latency, etc), maintenance & operations requirements, installation and commissioning process, pricing and cost of operations, data privacy, cloud connectivity, cybersecurity and other requirements that are important to the customers;
• Deeply understand how customers would use or interact with these technologies at different part of their journeys, including the personas analysis (customers, partners or Schneider services);
• Working with different R&D teams and external innovation teams, continuously examine various internal and external solutions, influence the development roadmap to ensure the focus and priorities meet our customer needs and maximize revenue potential;
• Work within agile teams and where possible in customer co-creation projects, to ensure frequent customer feedback influences system improvements and R&D roadmap;
• Collaborate with marketing teams and technical writers to professionally document systems architectures that can be used by customers and partners.

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Prior experience in IoT and/or Telecommunications technologies
• Education in engineering, communications technologies, software is a plus
• International experience, to localize various pricing policies in different countries

Skills experience:-

• Strong experience and expertise in connectivity, sensors, communication protocols and IOT technologies
• Excellent communications skills for customer facing communications, in person and written
• Strong understanding of the applicable business models, commercial contracts and pricing of such solutions
• Skills in writing technical documentations and requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Agile skills are a good plus
