Solar Services Process Lead

The purpose of this role is to implement, maintain and improve all Solar Services IT Systems and process to meet the goals of the business. Linked to that, also, to manage our IT software landscape and continuously improve the process efficiency of the organization proposing new projects, analyzing complex business problems, and proposing solutions and action plans.

Main tasks:-

• Managing our IT software landscape (Netsuite, Avante, ….), including upgrades/ licenses
• Managing IT budgets; selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software
• Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures
• Managing secure network access for remote users
• Maintain process documentation including process change orders.  Define business rules and translate requests into business requirements.
• Support the department on the existing tools and be able to implement necessary changes, adaptation, or even create new tools for the efficiency of the department.
• Coordinate cross-functional (and multi-system) process development. Communicate business, system, quality, and integration requirements.
• Identify and manage opportunities for Efficiency Continuous Improvement in the department, as a new project or even an improvement of and existing process or tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
• Validate functional requirements and system specifications to ensure they meet the needs.
• Create and maintain the KPI reports to the Services department that allow visibility on the global performance of the Service
• Use this information to create and implement feedback loop with action plans for all regions to boost the efficiency of the department (CPO)

Qualification And Experience:-

• This role targets 5-10 years’ experience and an undergraduate degree.

• Management skills to handle and lead hierarchical and non-hierarchical teams and get the right project implementation and results.

• Capable of working autonomously and adapting to multiple time zones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
• Have experience with ERP and CRM tools and governance models
• Capable of managing multiple data sources and databases
