Solar Proposal Engineer

• Create draft of proposals for on-grid, off-grid and hybrid Solar PV Power Plant according to client’s request
• Able to sort out the queries of Client/Consultant/Architecture
• Preparation of bids and quotation accordingly.
• Provide sales support & Calls to the client
• Experience in independently preparing Techno-commercial feasibility study, Detailed Project Report, Resource assessment and Energy Yield Assessment for Solar PV projects.
• Having knowledge of preparation technical data sheet as per proposal complete drawing & scheme.
• Preparation of technical offer along with commercial terms offer-Establish a proposal format in-line with client requirements and company procedure.
• Analysis and arrangement of quotations from various renewable energy vendors for different material requirement.
• Coordinate with clients and internal divisions (Sales, Finance, Procurement, PMO and Engineering)
• Design preliminary drawings, such as layout, SLD and PVsyst calculation
• Conduct meeting on site surveys and coordination meetings with users, internal divisions and vendors
• Initiate developments for proposals making, both in terms of technical, financing, etc

Requirements:-

• Have min. 4 years working in Solar OR 3 years working as Proposal Engineer / Cost Estimator OR 5 years working in electrical with excellent presentation skills
• Possessed Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics Engineering from top universities
• Familiar with tender documents
• Familiar with Solargis, PVsyst, HelioScope and AutoCAD
• Great Understanding of MS. Office
• Able to read electrical engineering drawings
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
