Solar Asset Management / O&M

• Tracking of Potential v/s actual, Improve Availability and reliability of plants, Ensure Timely resolution of errors in field, work closely with OEM for meeting SLA of warranty terms, Improve PR% , Monthly deliverables sign off with O&M contractor.
• Monitor Plant performance, identify improvement opportunities and support central team in preparing business case and implement, Perform audits operational plants to assess healthiness of components and provide corrective measures for non-compliance observed.
• Monitor spares consumption and track moving and Non-moving inventory , Development of alternate supplier with SCM team, Provide projections of consumption , Support Central team in internalising O&M

• Preparations of SOP for Internalised O&M for each components O&M , FAQ for Breakdown, Develop reliability profiling of components at site and improve reliability.
• Drive right HSE practises through O&M contractor, Ensure Compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirement at plants.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• B.E / B. Tech, Electrical and Electronics with a minimum experience of 6 years.
• Should have knowledge of working Grid Scale Solar Plants, Operation and Maintenance of Solar plant, Major Component Replacements, Performance Optimisation, Yield improvement.

Other Key Skills:-

• Knowledge on operations of BoP (Solar Plant), handling Power Electronic Equipment, Preparing of Manuals, Data Analysis (Six Sigma, FMEA), PLC, SCADA.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
• “Roll-up-your-sleeves” entrepreneurial, start-up attitude.
• The ability to work across teams and functions effectively.
