Software Solution Architect

• Experience in s/w development 8-12 Years.
• 10+ years of experience in Java, NodeJS and Python.
• Experience in Java based technologies.
• Has extensive experience with complex requirements (for the purposes of implementing the requirements).
• Knows best practices of architectures in the area of responsibility.
• Designs solutions independently and aware of industry best practices.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of how microservice world works.
• Good experience in building microservices on Docker.
• Should have very good knowledge on how system integration works using at least one technology.
• Should have worked on at least 2 projects personally involved in Integrating 4 or more systems.
• Has a profound knowledge and can operate independently in familiar areas of responsibility.
• No support required for solutions and can handle them independently.
• Evaluates architectures and can make technology design choices.
• Understands the business cases and is able to translate them into workable solution(s).
• Is able to take independent decisions in the area of responsibility.
• Can mentor the team in the area of responsibility.
• Familiarity with data modelling techniques, data warehousing standard methodologies and data lake.
• Expertise in complex ETL, design principles and complex systems.
• Strong in Object-oriented design, data structures and design patterns.
• Good problem solving and ability to develop optimal algorithms.
• Experience developing on a Linux platform.
• Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Database experience in SQL, NoSQL, graph DB.
• Good understanding of software architecture design patterns.
• Strong debugging, monitoring , diagnosing skills for IT systems.
• Keen eye for performance, security and scalability aspects.
• Coaching and guiding cross-functional engineers.
• Strong exposure to automated testing and test coverage aspects.
