Site Engineer

SafEarth is looking for experienced site engineers to lead deployment of quality solar plants on various sites across the country. The selected candidates will be responsible for leading the on site construction team and monitoring the quality and safety of the work being conducted by them

Job Responsibilities:-

• Leading the site team to ensure that construction activities align with design specifications and project timelines.
• Supervising on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Inspecting construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Providing technical advice and solving construction-related problems that arise on site.
• Ensuring that engineering designs and drawings are accurately followed during construction.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conducting risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective measures are taken.
• Maintaining accurate records of construction progress, site activities, and any changes or deviations from the original plan.
• Preparing and submitting regular reports on project status, including progress updates, resource usage, and any issues encountered in our prescribed formats.
• Communicating with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Attending meetings and providing input on technical and project management matters.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in associated field
• Comfortable with traveling overnight to visit the site if required
• Proficiency of local languages
• Minimum 3 Years of Work Experience in Rooftop Solar Installation
