Site Engineer-Project Construction & Commissioning (Floating Solar PV)

Responsibilities:-

• Plan, schedule, predict and manage all the technical tasks of the assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources and quality from start to finish.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• managing parts of construction projects.
• Undertaking surveys
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project performances
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
• 2-3 yrs Experience of handling large scale projects, preferably MW scale Solar projects
• Experience in trouble shooting of Solar PV Power plants
• Deep practical knowledge on equipment like HT Panels, Transformers & Inverters
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Experience in construction and Execution of Floating Solar Projects is preferable
• Working Experience in Single Axis Tracking System

Duration and Compensation:-

• Full-time ( On Site )
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications
