Job Description

Execution of Precast activity i.e. Precast manufacturing, Planning, Scheduling, Coordination etc. Supervise & coordinate all Structural works for Commercial Properties across Aerocity thereby responsible for Design management, Procurement & Construction implementation and handing over to Operation team with high level of operational efficiency, without compromising on safety, quality, time & cost.

Design Management Compliance with Statutory requirements,  stake holder requirements.
Procurement Management In time Procurement. Project Quality compliance
Construction Management Completion time (within time), Quality compliance, Safety, Health and Environment compliance. Stakeholder satisfaction
Handing over and Contract Closure Acceptance by operation team, output as per the project specifications, contract closures.
Compliance Zero Non Compliances
Special assignments Completion within defined timelines
Liaison and Stakeholder Management Zero conflicts with stakeholders
Documentation and reporting Adherence to procedures, compliance, audit
Quality improvement

 

Maximizing capacity utilization

Closure of Quality Audits with minimum observations / risks.

Interface management Regular reviews, monitoring & implement etc.

 

External Interactions:-

  • Interact with stake holders of the projects to understand their requirements and educate them on particular systems.
  • Interact with Government statutory agencies like Local Fire Authority, Central Electrical Authority, State. Electricity Authority, Pollution control board, Municipal corporations, Factory Inspectorates for certifications.
  • Interact with external consultants, Vendors / contractors for design & smooth execution of the project.

Internal Interactions:-

  • Interacts with other departments & Airport teams for efficient coordination of works.
  • Interact with Senior Management to apprise them about the progress of works.

Financial Dimensions:-

  • Responsible for handling of CAPEX works of upto Rs. 20 – 30 Cr / year.

Other Dimensions:-

  • Number of Major projects packages to be handled / managed (All Civil Structure packages) at a time 02 no’s of project.
  • Number of Contract labor to be handled (all civil structure/ finishes packages labour)-250 no’s.

Education Qualifications:-

  • BTech/BE (Civil).

Relevant Experience:-

  • Job profile requires Minimum of 2 to 4 Years of relevant and 06 + years of total experience in Design and Project Management.
  • Familiarity in the use of project management tools, methods, processes and techniques.
  • Knowledge on Auto-CAD / 3D BIM Modelling / Piping Software / etc.
