Job Description

Ensuring day wise production as per day wise plan of RBD,Stranding and Armouring. Identify and resolving  atleast one safety issue in each areas of Wire Drawing,Stranding,Armouring in every month. Ensuring the Uptime(run time) of the section of Wire Drawing,Stranding and Armouring  Section to be more than 80% i.e OR more than 80%.

Position Summary:-

Ensure production process as per SOP’s. Responsible For Monthly PV audit (Ensuring A-grade).  FTR100% inWire Drawing,Stranding and Armouring  Section. Doing Kaizen’s, Managing Workmen, Managing Workmen Requirements according to production plan for each shift.

Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee materials and inventory management.
  • RSO Certified with E-beam accelerator machine operation experience
  • Awareness about AERB compliances
  • Routine/ annual Maintenance of E-Beam machine
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per kms,, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent internal customer service.
  • To full fill an additional activity as required by the seniors / managements
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting as requested on various subjects e.g. production, stock, material accounting, OEE, scrap, quality, 5S.
  • Manage and monitor the production shift team to ensure the efficient achievement of production targets.
  • Plan and execute the production in most efficient way and monitor the materials, consumable and resources to ensure their efficient use
