Services Administrator – Solar

• Convert PR to PO from the Operation Team (non-inventory)
  • Issue PR when finance team ask for Insurance, Management fee, Finance expense.
  • Verify PO/ amend PO which operation team or finance team asks for.
  • Checking everything on PO is correct such as Amount, Department, Location before ask to proceed GR.
• Submit opened PO AU&SG reports twice a month for non-inventory
  • Request confirmation from the operation team and follow up with them to provide the necessary documentation.
  • Inventory item : Check the inventory item against the supply report. If there are some items already delivered, then ask operation team to provide a delivery note.
  • Non-Inventory item: if there have been opened POs for a long time, ask the operation team for the estimated time.
  • Verify before fulfilment and compare with the received or dispatched inventory report.
• Assist in the annual audit / help to provide document from the auditor’s requirement.
• Assist to consolidate for the next 15 months of spare-part forecasting and submit it to supply chain team.
• Assist to provide the report and support information for “Ross River Flusarc replacement OPA process” for Solar AUS.
• Support in consolidating the summary, chart for actual sales Vs Target for Solar AU&SG.
• Withdraw spare parts and review the POD (Proof of Delivery) document then send it to Solar TH for GR in NetSuite.
• Support Solar Thailand for following activities
  • Check inbound shipment & update.
  • Check outbound shipment & update.
  • Review bill/invoice & request to prepare PR for monthly payment.
  • Contact DHL warehouse’s operation team.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in relevant area
