Senior Technologist (Test Component)

Accountabilities:-

• Preparation of 3D-models, assemblies, 2D-drawings, Bill Of Materials.
• Fixture and tool design for assembling and dis-assembling of test rigs; Design proposals, concept design preparation for tests; Designing mechanical components for test rigs, coordinating test rig assembly team.
• Data analysis with famos from test rig results.
• Calculation in combros, CREO simulation for design support.
• Providing technical support to the queries internal customers (Process engineers, Product development, Supplier Quality Management, Incoming Inspection, FLS).

Qualifications & Experience:-

1. B-Tech/M-Tech in mechanical engineering with 10-14 years of experience.
2. Experience shall be in design, analysis and application Engineering of gears and machine elements with Heavy industries, preferably Wind Industry
3. Skilled in 3D modelling, drawing preparation, windchill and axalant
4. Skilled in technical documentation & Knowledge in manufacturing, assembly and validation processes
5. Root cause analysis, analytical thinking
