Senior Technical Product Manager

This role focus on developing and implementing innovative solutions to automate service requests  in the Service Catalog.  The Service Catalog provides standardization and automation of processes across the organization, making efficiency improvements. This role is essential for the successful buildout of the Service Catalog envisioned for Baker Hughes.

As Senior Technical Product Mana, you will be Responsible for:-

• Overseeing design and deployment of new Service Catalog request forms and updates to existing request forms.
• Working with requestors to elicit detailed requirements for their requests, including form  workflow, and  automated fulfilment functions.
• Entering requests in Rally and holding scrums with developers and teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
• Working with the development team to understand and resolve customer escalations.
• Providing steering committee updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors of the Service Catalog platform.

To be successful in this role you will:-

• Experience working directly with Service Catalog systems (Broadcom, ServiceNow).
• Have good knowledge of database technologies and data management associated with reporting systems.
• Have experience with reporting concepts and reporting tools such as Tableau and Business Objects.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and across cultures.
• Have demonstrated experience of delivering on commitments to clients.
• Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers.
